Printer Jamming 

The printer continues to experience paper jams after each scan.

• Check on the link below to make sure we clear any jam on the printer

Clear paper jam

• After clearing all jams, the paper sheets should be fanned out before loading into the paper tray, thereby allowing air to sit between the sheets – this will aid in minimizing paper jams in the printer

• If the problem continues, change the paper type setting directly on the printer. Press the 'ok' button on the printer four times to access the paper type setting, then select 'thick paper'.
