Nothing happens when you tap on Log In/ Sign Up for scan
Screen not responding to touch of Log In/Sign Up
- Check if there is a faint grey circle on the top right-hand side of your scanning screen.
If the circle appears grey, it indicates that the machine is passcode activated
- Enter operator passcode to log in for a scan
- If the problem persists, navigate to the Control Panel and re-enter the Operator Panel credentials before attempting the scan again
