      No 'Print' button or option to 'Preview' after a scan

      After doing a scan, it only shows a black screen without the preview of the scan and no 'Print' button

      Perform a software update on the scanner.

      Press the green 'Operator Panel' button to log in to verify that the Printing option is configured to either Manual or Auto.

      Next, ensure that your printer is properly connected by checking the Control Panel under the Default Printer section - the name should display as Brother_HL-L2370DW_series/Brother_HL-L2350DW_series/ Brother_HL-L2370DW_series. If you do not see this please follow the link below to pair your printer.
