Note that the scanner is sensitive to electrical impulses. If the scanner is in a room with a lot of electronics, the scale may not function properly, resulting in an incomplete scan or inaccurate results.

Access the Control Panel by pressing the Evolt logo on the top left corner of the Log In/ Sign up Screen

If the SCALE API STATUS on the top left line shows as disconnected, please pause here and request photos and a video showing the control panel screen.

Press the scale button.
Make sure the settings are as follows:

Scale Mode: Metric or Imperial

Abdominal Circumference: ON

Abdominal Obesity over 18: ON

Measurement Mode: PRECISION

If the scanner is in a room with a lot of electronics please change measurement mode to normal

Weight of Clothes: 1.1lbs (0.5kg)

Scale Weight: 0.00

Select the 'Calibrate' button and press the 'Save' button to save changes.
Select the red 'Start Scanning' button to go back to the Log In/ Sign up screen.
Select "Weight Only Measurement" to test weight for accuracy or Log In for a scan to compare scan results.
