How to reset an Evolt Account Password

If you have forgotten your Evolt Account password or are having trouble signing in to your Evolt Account

  • Open the Evolt Active app or go to the website https://app.evoltactive.com/
  • Tap on Log In then click Forgot Password
  • Enter your email address and tap on 'Send Password Reset'
  • Once you have completed the steps, a 'Reset Your Password' email will be sent to you. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please remember to check your spam folder and other email folders.
  • Click on the 'Reset Your Password' link and ensure that your new password has not been used previously and meets the specified password criteria.
