No option to add 'NEW CONNECTION'
There is no option to connect to our WiFi
- Ensure that the dongle is connected to one of the USB ports located behind the display.
- Access the Control Panel by pressing the Evolt logo on the top left corner of the Log In/ Sign up Screen
- Tap on 'System' and check if Lock USB is ON
- If the Lock USB setting is ON, turn it OFF and return to the control panel to select the 'Refresh' option.
- To ensure that it stays off, make sure to double-check under System to confirm that Lock USB remains OFF.
- If the Lock USB setting is OFF, perform a power cycle to finalize the changes.
- After restarting the machine, verify in the Control Panel under Network if the 'New Connection' button is now visible.
- If the 'New Connection' button is still not visible, please try connecting the dongle to a device to confirm that it is working properly.
- If there are no issues with the WiFi Dongle, perform a Software Update using an Ethernet Cable.
