Scan results are not showing up on the Evolt Active App

  • Verify with the owner or facility whether the scanner was connected to the internet and online during the scan.

Note that scans will not be uploaded to the App if the scanner was operating offline. 

    • If the scanner is confirmed to be connected to the internet, please contact us so we can further investigate the issue.

  • If a hard copy of the result sheet is available, users can manually enter the results by logging into the Evolt Active App, accessing the 'view my scans' option, and selecting the 'Manual scan entry' button.
