I did not receive activation email
No activation email received upon signing up for the Evolt Active App or completing a scan on the Evolt 360 Scanner.
- Check in spam emails and all other folders
- Search for Evolt emails on All Mailbox

You can also activate your Evolt Active Account by going to the Evolt Active App or website, click on 'Log In,' and choose 'Forgot Password' to receive a Reset Password link and set up a password for your account.
- If the issue persists and you still have not received an email, please submit a request through the Privacy Form.
