I’m trying to get a new access code, but my email isn’t recognised

Use the same email address from your Welcome Email to request a new access code.

To request a new access code for your Evolt Insights Dashboard, you must use the same email address that was included in your Welcome Email. Please note that email addresses are case‑sensitive.

What to check:

  • Make sure you enter your email address exactly as it appears in your Welcome Email, including capital letters.
