      How to Update your Body Type

      Changing your body type in the Evolt Active App

      Open your Evolt Active App and click on Profile, this will take you to the EDIT PROFILE page

      Click on Body Type and select your body type from one of the 3 options, Ectomorph, Mesomorph or Endomorph. (read each description to make an informed choice)

       

      Q. Will selecting different body types change my results?

      A.  Yes! Body type impacts your macro nutrient targets.
