How can I view my scans?

If scans are missing from your account or you want to view your scans.

To access your scans, you can log in to your Evolt Active App using your mobile phone or visit our website at https://app.evoltactive.com/using a computer. Simply sign in and click on the "View my scans" option.

 

If any scans are missing, check with the scanner owner or facility to ensure that the scanner was connected to the internet and online during your scan. Scans will not be uploaded to your App if the scanner was Offline. Once the scanner is online, your results will automatically sync on your profile.

 

If you have a hard copy of the results from the club, you can manually input them by accessing your Evolt Active Account. Simply click on the 'view my scans' option, scroll down, and choose the 'Manual scan entry' button.
