Scanner is showing either inaccurate weight and results
Note that the scanner is sensitive to electrical impulses. If the scanner is in a room with a lot of electronics, the scale may not function properly, resulting in an incomplete scan or inaccurate results.
- Access the Control Panel by pressing the Evolt logo on the top left corner of the Log In/ Sign up Screen
If the SCALE API STATUS on the top left line shows as disconnected, please pause here and request photos and a video showing the control panel screen.
- Press the scale button.
- Make sure the settings are as follows:
Scale Mode: Metric or Imperial
Abdominal Circumference: ON
Abdominal Obesity over 18: ON
Measurement Mode: PRECISION
If the scanner is in a room with a lot of electronics please change measurement mode to normal
Weight of Clothes: 1.1lbs (0.5kg)
Scale Weight: 0.00
- Select the 'Calibrate' button and press the 'Save' button to save changes.
- Select the red 'Start Scanning' button to go back to the Log In/ Sign up screen.
- Select "Weight Only Measurement" to test weight for accuracy or Log In for a scan to compare scan results.
